Kent, The Deck Chef, Whitaker is a culinary creator and cookbook creator. He s the previous winner of the Emeril Are living Food Network Barbecue Contest. Along with Little Gulf Coast Seafood Cookbook, Kent has authored a dozen printed cookbooks together with seven editions of the STATE HOMETOWN COOKBOOK SERIES and Nice American Grilling from Nice American Publishers. Kent is the creator of a number of young reader and historical titles and is a sports creator covering soccer, motorsports, and bass fishing. Kent and his wife Ally Are living in East Tennessee with one son, Macee, a Golden Retriever named Moses, a Presa-Canario named King, and a Shitzu named Lucy.
